AIRE Awarded IRS Contract |

NIPA, in partnership with the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), formed the American Institute of Retirement Education (AIRE) earlier this year. AIRE answered the request for proposals issued in March by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to develop, validate, administer, and update an examination in support for the administration of a new examination process for the Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA), a new credential for professionals to practice before the IRS.
