Registration Form

NIPA membership is individual. If you are not personally a member or an employee of a member firm, please pay the non-member fee. For multiple attendees of the same organization, each registrant must complete a separate Registration Form. Photocopies are suggested.

Employer Discount: To receive this discount, four (4) or more employees from the same firm must register at the same time and pay all together in one check or credit card payment. Each registrant must use a separate Registration Form.

New APAs and APRs: If you earned your designations after the June or December 2004 exams, you are eligible for a 50% discount from the regular registration fee.

Guest Registration: The Guest Registration admits guests of NIPA Conference attendees to all food functions and evening events. Please note: Guest Registration does not permit attendance Conference sessions, workshops, or the exhibition.
